The Cricut Cake Machine Can Cut Paper!

Here are pics of my new
 Cricut Cake
and the cuts it made on paper.
I'm very happy with the results. I didn't see examples on the internet that showed detailed cuts from the Cricut Cake. I hope this will be helpful to other folks who are interested in getting this machine.
There are some comparison cuts to show you how it stacked up to the Cricut Expression (same mat and blade were used in both machines).

I used:
*Purple Bazzil cardstock
*White cardstock is Georgia Pacific 110lb. from Walmart
*Blade Depth-6
*The green plastic blade housing that came with my Cricut Expression.

Damask Decor tags cut at 5'' and a Snowflake cut at 7".

The smallest cut is Let it snow was set at 2".

FrIght Night House Box

I followed Kathy Orta's Fright Night instructions from to make this box.
The windows were cut out by hand and each piece has 3 layers.
It will hold a small mini album of my granddaughter's halloween pics.
Once again, I used the Happy Hauntings cart.

I made these Winnie the Pooh baby shower decorations for a co-worker.
Charcters are cut from POOH AND FRIENDS cart.
The centerpiece is double-sided.( the backside features Tigger).
You can see Gopher coming out of the shreds.
POOH is 11.5"
*The butterflies flanking the centerpiece and on the banner were welded from the profile of a butterfly on the SUGAR AND SPICE cart.

Letters are from the STORYBOOK cart.

This is a LADYBUG MINI ALBUM I made for a friend's granddaughters.
I based it on 3 mini albums I found on
harrisjcarolyn made the most adorable mini, and it really inspired me to from start to finish.
pinkaboo6691 and aqtnsd, also made mini albums and offered great tips.
I was suprised that there weren't more in this theme.
My Version:
-The face w/ the eyes is actually a movable page . I had to separate it from the body on the back of the mini, because it was easier to bind it this way.
-The purses are my fav, they even have hanging charms.
-The jar was fun to make with acetate. Of course, it flaps open for picture placement, as do all  of the cutouts.
-On the backside, there's a pouch that's hand sewn. It holds a music button inside of the red ladybug & it plays "Jesus Loves Me".

This was a seed booklet I made for some nieces and nephews.

-Use your favorite method to construct  pages with flaps that fold back to hold seed packs.
-Create covers, and bind booket with Zutter Bind-It-All.
- Decorate with garden elements and critters.
-Create some pages with frames where kids can place garden pictures.
-Back of booklet has a petal-style envelope where kids can save seeds from their own garden.
-Fill with fun seed packs.
* I used googly eyes & glitter on the critters.
*Paper used; K &Co. "Life's Little Occasions" cardstock stack .

The The flower pot tag can be used to record the date the garden is started.
